For mechanics, tint, detail & more

Set up once with Bayla.
AI assistants can book you.

Bayla is the AI service writer for your shop. She works your counter in the Bayla Pro app, and she's the door your customers' AI assistants use to find your shop, see your open times and book you.

Built by a mechanic.

In the Bayla Pro app

Bayla works your counter.

Talk to her or type. She does the desk work; you make every call.

Customers and bookings

  • Answers your customers. In the Bayla app, customers tell Bayla what's wrong. She shows your menu prices and offers your open times.
  • Brings you every request. Each booking request lands in Bayla Pro. Tell Bayla to accept it, offer another time, or pass.
  • Runs your team. One link brings your techs in. Bayla picks the tech by skills and who's in, and techs see the work, never the money.

Tickets and estimates

  • Writes the ticket while you work. Say what you found and Bayla turns it into a repair line with parts and labor. You check it before it goes out.
  • Gets each line approved. Your customer approves or declines every priced line on their phone. Walk-ins get a link.
  • Builds your menu. Prices you tell her stay exactly as you said. Anything she suggests waits for your OK.
The AI door

Your customers' AI can book you through Bayla.

Bayla is a booking and service platform that compatible AI assistants connect to. Set up your shop once, and those assistants can find you, see your menu and open times, and book you.

1

They find you

A customer's assistant searches by ZIP and job. Verified shops come back with their own menu price, badges and record on Bayla.

2

Read back first

Bayla makes the assistant read every booking back to the customer before it can send it. Before their first booking through an AI, they verify their mobile number.

3

It lands in Bayla Pro

The request shows up like any other booking. You accept it, offer another time, or pass.

What an AI can't do: approve a repair for your customer (they tap that themselves) or change your prices. Bayla never touches the money: your customer pays you directly at pickup.

Bayla is built to be added to Claude, ChatGPT and Muse as a connector, and other assistants that support connectors use the same door. See how assistants connect

Why start now

Start now. Bayla learns your shop, and AI assistants learn to trust it.

When a customer's AI looks for a shop through Bayla, it sees your record on Bayla. A new shop shows "Insufficient history" until it has finished 10 jobs. Start now, so yours is ready.

She knows your shop

Day one, she knows your menu and your prices.

Customers get answers day or night

Customers ask Bayla about your shop any hour. She answers with your menu prices and your open times.

Booked any hour

Their AI assistants can send you a booking request any hour. You accept it, offer another time, or pass.

Getting started

Set up by talking to Bayla.

1

Tell her about your shop

In Bayla Pro, give your shop's name and address. Bayla looks up your Google listing and your website, then drafts your service menu. You set every price.

2

Show it's your shop

Bayla sends a code to your shop's own email or to the phone on its Google listing. Mobile, or no shop email or listed phone? We check your driver's license instead.

3

Take bookings

Once you're verified and taking jobs, customers in the Bayla app and their AI assistants can book you.

Bayla serves Florida for now. Shops anywhere can join the list.
