What the agent can do

Without sign-in: find pros by ZIP and service, read a pro's menu and ratings, see open appointment times.
After you sign in: book a pro, see your tickets line by line, confirm a proposed time, message the pro, cancel a booking that hasn't started, and send you a link to approve a repair.
Never: approve or decline a repair for you (you sign in and tap that yourself), pay, see other customers, or change the pro's prices.
